I got to learn all these different stunts, working with weapons and sticks, and learning martial arts and I actually learned how to ride a horse! But, it was so much more for me outside the physical aspect because it really tapped into my heart and mind as well, because overcoming all these physical challenges as Paula helped me in becoming Garona and finding her strength. Yes, the process to actually become this warrior was a lot of physical training.
